Pre-construction

While your land titles, land settlement and finance approval are being finalised, our team is working behind the scenes to prepare your building permits and construction drawings. This ensures everything is ready to progress smoothly into construction, and the team will keep you informed every step of the way.

Construction

This is where the excitement begins — your home starts taking shape as work progresses onsite. Throughout the build, you’ll receive regular updates and progress photos so you always feel connected to the journey. Once we reach practical completion, a full quality assurance inspection and final building inspection will take place. After these checks are complete, your occupancy permit is issued.

Settlement

Your new home is now ready! In the lead-up to handover, you’ll complete an inspection process to make sure everything’s as you imagined, and then receive your keys.

Warranty

Our after-care team is here to support you post-settlement, giving you peace of mind long after you move in.

Shape Homes is a very thorough and professional builder, and we had a great experience with our investment property. They completed the built within 6 months and every stage and its sub-tasks could be traced online with photos. The communication was consistent and hassle-free.
