Masterwall’s proud to partner with SHAPE Homes delivering innovative facades with a seamless approach

Masterwall, known for its high-performance exterior insulation systems, lightweight construction solutions, and UMBRA architectural shading, has been working with SHAPE Homes for almost one year now.

Speaking about what makes the Masterwall and SHAPE Homes partnership work, Masterwall Executive Account Mager Frank Diaco says, “The SHAPE Homes’ team’s commitment to incorporating modern, high-quality façades into their homes is unlike most volume builders. They’re organised, proactive, and incredibly collaborative – making the work between us easy and seamless”.

Most recently the two businesses shared a collaborative highlight working together on the Port Lane development in Port Melbourne, where Masterwall’s innovative Venezia range was used on the impressive façades.

“Port Lane, Port Melbourne was definitely a commemorative highlight for us,” Frank says.

“Seeing our Venezia range integrated into such a significant project was a proud moment for the entire team. It’s exciting to partner with a builder that values innovation and aesthetics as much as we do”.

Currently over 40 homes are underway with the Masterwall and SHAPE Homes teams, with a pipeline of projects ramping up to deliver over 200 homes together over the next six months alone.

Looking ahead, Frank is excited to continue growing the partnership and delivering high-quality façades for SHAPE Homes’ future builds, particularly given the team’s highly organised approach and ability to deliver quality projects at scale.
