Jacob and Chloe found their perfect townhome thanks to SHAPE Homes

When Jacob and Chloe decided to relocate further from Melbourne’s CBD to enjoy a more peaceful, nature-based lifestyle, they were immediately drawn to Gisborne and quickly discovered Willow, an established and family friendly community in the area.

Speaking to why Jacob and Chloe specifically chose to build with SHAPE, Jacob commented on the comfortable layouts and design of their townhomes, which set them apart from other competitors they had seen.

“The floorplan designs were really well considered, and we could see ourselves actually living there. The townhomes were also turnkey properties, requiring minimal changes, which made the whole process incredibly easy and smooth,” Jacob said.

“The SHAPE Homes team made the entire process extremely straightforward and easy, which was really appealing to us.”

Jacob and Chloe were particularly impressed with SHAPE Homes’ excellent communication throughout the process.

“Rob at SHAPE Homes was incredible. He kept us up to date once construction commenced and kept the whole process very smooth and seamless. Their team overall had great communication, and we felt updated every step of the way,” Jacob added.

Moving into their home earlier this year in July, Jacob and Chloe couldn’t be happier with how quickly and efficiently the SHAPE Homes team completed their build, delivering a high-quality home they’re now enjoying every day.

“Since we moved in, we couldn’t be happier. The outcome has been great and we’re very glad we proceeded with SHAPE,” Jacob said.
